What to expect during therapy:

  • In the first session, we’ll work together to set a goal for therapy that will guide our sessions together. Clients often experience a sense of lightness and relief, even after the first session.

  • Throughout our sessions, you will be presented with opportunities to stretch, grow, and learn more about yourself, ultimately allowing you to step closer to the goals you set for sessions together. As the client, you are a co-creator in your process and set the pace of therapy.

  • As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, counselling services are covered under many extended medical plans.
