50 and 80 minute counselling sessions are available online, in person or outdoors for a walk and talk session. I also offer 120 minute, half and full day custom corporate coaching sessions.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required for all cancelled appointments. The full rate will be charged for late cancellations and missed appointments.

Confidentiality: Your information will be kept strictly confidential with the exception of a few circumstances as required by law, which will be discussed at the beginning of your first session.
